Well, I think it's cool, anyway!
When I ink raw chipboard with pigment ink (SU Craft ink, more specifically) I find it takes a really long time to dry. One night I was up at 3am and just didn't have much patience to wait, so I let it sit for about 5 minutes, then I pullled out a baby wipe and gave it a bit of a rub. It took off some color, but didn't change the look of the chipboard that much. Just gave it a bit more dimension. AND, once I was done rubbing with the baby wipe, the piece was ready to adhere - no more ink coming off!
