Bless This Chick?

I've been trying to help ShannonL out today with her avatar from Bless This Chick and we're both having problems.

I thought I figured it out at one point but no such luck. The chicks we are creating are being returned scratchy looking. Sometimes it looks right on the screen itself when you saving it but sometimes not. And they always are emailed with the scratchiness.

Can someone else play and see if you have any problems? Or if someone knows what's it doing, please let us know!

I tried to access the site a few times over the last couple of days... to make a new chick... and got an error message of some sort every time. Maybe they are having trouble?
