How do you put paper on the Heidi Swapp ghost letters? I tried mod podge & I ruined an O.

I've painted them. and I've left them blank.

I've never placed paper on those either.........I painted them or just leave as is. Sorry, I wasn't any help :(

I haven't tried paper either. I've painted the back of mine and inked them, I have also used brads and staples on them.

Let us know if you find something that works.

I've only used paper behind them... and used brads to hold it all down together. I guess they weren't really ON the ghost letters. I used that on a card so I wasn't that worried about it.

They do. The pp I was using had words on it describing the armed forces and I was planning on highlighting words like bravery, freedom, hero, etc with the letters, but oh well. Whatcha gonna do? :shrug:

I decided that since Mitchell was down for his long nap I would try to finish it up. The picture is bowing a little still, and I can't figure out how to put the ghost letters on. I think I need a glue gun. Shocking that I don't own one yet.

You could cut out those words and maybe use adhesive to put them on your painted letters.
