Can you use this over a photograph? I'm thinking No, but want to make sure.

I do... just a light coat usually... if it's a project that will get lots of touching.

I've used it over photos as well. It worked fine. You could always test one first to see.

I used it over photos on my altered clipboard. So i saw, GO FOR IT! :D

I have used modge podge, but not on original photos only on copies! and definitely light coats!

Good idea! I work with a lot of old photos, so I'm generally using the scanner, especially for projects that might not be archival!
