LOOKING FOR A PATTERN - HELP

When I was in Phoenix last month, I stopped at a Recollections store and they had the cutest Christmas house project. (This was a class they did last year) They let me take a picture of it and kindly gave me the instructions, but

I am missing the page with the template sizes.

So, if any of you freaky girls who live in Texas and have a Recollections near you could get me the template page I would appreciate it!
