Couple of Site Changes

All little stuff but I think you'll like these.

* All of the gallery categories are now set to default to the latest upload first. In the past, the member galleries were set in a random order.

* The avatar size has now been changed to allow up to 500kb as opposed to the stupid 19kb it was before.
