I love my Creative Memories corner rounder punch. Sometimes I don't want sharp corners on a photo or paper and want to round them for a softer look. We can achieve this same look in digi, too, and it's very simple!
1. Open your photo and crop to 4x6 with 300dpi resolution.
2. Create a new canvas with the same dimensions as your photo and a transparent background.
3. Drag your photo onto the new canvas.
4. Click the Rounded Rectangle shape in your Tool bar. On the Options bar, click the Paths option. Set your radius depending on the curve you want for your rounded corner. Here I have set mine at 100 pixels.

5. Starting in the upper left corner, click and drag your mouse over the photo all the way to the bottom right corner. This creates the path.

6. Click on your Paths palette and then click Make Selection. Keeping the Feather Radius at 0, click OK.

7. Your photo will now have the marching ants around it.

8. Click on Select> Inverse and then hit your Delete key. This will select the area outside of your rounded rectangle and delete the excess, leaving your rounded corner photo.

9. Ta Da!!! You just used your digi corner rounder! You can now drag your photo onto your layout.

For those whose software does not have a Path command, Jessica Sprague has a great tutorial (http://spraguelab.squarespace.com/blog/2006/10/19/photoshop-friday-16-rounded-corners.html) on her blog that can achieve this same effect.
