Hello everyone,
I found you through another forum. I'm fairly new to scrapping but not cardmaking. I work full time, a SU demo p/t, pretty much a hobby demo and am contemplating becoming a Lia***hia Advisor. I just discovered them - great jewelry.
Anyway, I attended my first all day crop hosted by a CM consultant. I had a great time and completed 8 pages in 4 hours. I guess that's not bad. I had a great time, learned how to use most of my hand punches to make really fun shapes and add ons and learned how to use the paper. I'm pretty partial to SU products since they all coordinate and are put together for you. I learned about their software, very cool I might add and met lots of women. I felt like such a newbie! There were so many pro's there with all of their "stuff". It was a little overwhelming.
I'm a mom of an 8yr old daughter and 3 1/2 yr old little boy. My hubby and I live in Naperville IL. I'm love creating, just wish I could make money at it. Don't we all. I love the outdoors, travel, reading the trashy romance novels -and love the good ol sappy movies. Recently it's the Lake House - it's on HBO this month.
Enough about me, I could go on and on. I would love to hear from some of you.
I currently have an Epson printer at home to print my things on, tons of SU and CM items to help me scrap. Recently I bought the Ellison Big shot and am waiting for my dies to come, I ordered a bunch. I can't wait to start creating.
See what I mean about going on and on.......
Thanks for listening, trishim
